Shelter Rentals are available April - October.

Shelter Rental Policy:

The Park will no longer be accepting any kind of phone registrations. This includes all programs, balance payments, pool and shelter rentals. Rental reservations may be mailed in or made in-person.

Shelter Rentals may be made one year in advance, first-come, first-served.

Shelter Permits for 2020 will be available beginning January 2, 2020 (online and in the Park Office.)  New Shelter Reservation policies will be posted late 2019. Shelters will not be placed on hold and payment must be made at the time of reservation. Shelters are reserved for the entire day. Call the park office for availability.

Pioneer Park Shelter #1
This shelter is near the volleyball courts, horseshoe pits and swing set. It houses 80-120 people and has grills and electrical outlets.

Pioneer Park Shelter #2
This shelter is closest to the Pirates Cove playground and restrooms. It houses approximately 200 people and has grills and electrical outlets.

Pioneer Park Shelter #3
This shelter is near the Park Office. It houses 80-120 people and has a playground unit, grills and electrical outlets.

Pioneer Park Shelter #4
This shelter is near the Pirates Cove Playground. It houses 80-120 people and has grills and electrical outlets.

Pioneer Park Shelter #5 (Kent Newhouse Gazebo)
This gazebo shelter houses approximately 40 people and has grills and electrical outlets.

Pioneer Park Shelter #6 (Kiwanis Acre)
This shelter houses 80-120 people and has a playgound unit, swing set, grills and electrical outlets.

This shelter is near the soccer field and restrooms. It houses 80-120 people and has grills and electrical outlets.
